Approximately 4.8 grams in weight, Linkbuds S is the worldâs smallest and lightest, noise canceling, Hi-Res truly wireless headphones.1 We’ve kept the size down by both developing a compact driver and integrating the Bluetooth® Audio SoC (System on Chip) and high quality noise cancelling processor in one single chip.

LinkBuds S combines a shape that perfectly matches the human ear with an ergonomic design for a more stable fit. Weâve designed LinkBuds S utilising extensive ear shape data collated since introducing the worldâs first in-ear headphones in 1982, as well as evaluation of the sensitivity of various types of ears to ensure an ideal shape that is comfortable for many people.
Natural ambient sound or high quality noise cancelling
These earbuds give you the best of both worlds – natural ambient sound when you want to interact with your world, high quality noise cancelling when you need to focus. LinkBuds S automatically switches between Ambient Sound Mode and noise cancelling depending on where you are and what you’re doing.
Adjusts ambient sound to whatever you do for all-day wearing
Adaptive Sound Control is a smart function that senses where you are and what youâre doing, then adjusts ambient sound settings for the ideal listening experience. Over time, it learns your behaviour and recognises locations that you frequently visit, such as your workplace or a favourite café, and tailors sound to suit the situation.
Ultra clear, noise-free calls
With Precise Voice Pickup Technology that optimally controls microphones on the outside and inside of the earbud, and advanced audio signal processing, conversations are ultra clear, even in noisy environments. Our noise reduction algorithm was developed with AI machine learning using over 500 million voice samples to suppress ambient noise and extract your voice clearly.
Immersive sound, authentic music
A new 5mm driver unit, featuring a high-compliance diaphragm, helps keep LinkBuds S small. Despite its size, it reproduces powerful bass and crystal clear vocals, bringing out the best in all genres of music. Rich mid range sound enables clear reproduction of voices in music, movies and podcasts. And with enhanced noise cancelling, LinkBuds S provides less distractions too.

LinkBuds S supports High-Resolution Audio Wireless thanks to LDAC, our industry-adopted audio coding technology. LDAC transmits approximately three times more data2 than conventional Bluetooth® audio3 allowing you to enjoy High-Resolution Audio content in exceptional quality, as close as possible to that of a dedicated wired connection.
Real-time restoration of all your compressed files
Using Edge-AI (Artificial Intelligence), DSEE Extreme⢠upscales compressed digital music files in real time. Dynamically recognising instrumentation, musical genres and individual elements of each song, it restores high range sound lost in compression.4

LinkBuds S support the Microsoft Soundscape app. The unique integration enables innovative experiences for richer 3D audio-based navigation, while sensors embedded in LinkBuds S allow for a true heads-up and hands-free experience.56

Check how safely youâre listening to music by comparing sound pressure data recorded by your headphones with guidance of the World Health Organisation (WHO). Receive OS notifications when listening levels are too high.
LinkBuds S also feature intuitive touch control settings.7 You can assign your own functions to each earbud using the Headphones Connect app.8
Talk and hear only ambient sound
You can set Speak-to-Chat to automatically pause the music as soon as you speak to someone, so you can hear just ambient sound and conduct a conversation â handy if you want to keep your headphones on or your hands are full. And once your chat is over, your music starts playing again automatically.910
